We hope you’ve been enjoying the benefits of your orthoses. If you have private health insurance and have not yet used your Podiatry allocated benefits for orthotics in 2025, now is the perfect time to do so before they expire at the end of the year.
If your current orthoses are working well, no appointment is necessary—simply give us a call, and we will be happy to order a new pair for you.

How it works:
- Must be using existing orthotic prescription on our file without further modification required
- Full price health insurance claim is made on location via HICAPS
- Any gap after claim is discounted by 40% – In the event you don’t have health insurance, the 40% discount will be applied to the full price item
- Orthotics must be ordered prior to 4pm 23/12/2025
- No appointment required (as it is the same prescription remake)
NB: Orders made in December are often delayed due to Xmas closure of manufacturing labs and will be delivered in January.
