- Full price health insurance claim is made on location via HICAPS
- Any gap after claim is discounted by 50% – In the event you don’t have health insurance, the 50% discount will be applied to the full price item

- Orthotics must be ordered prior to Christmas 2019
- No appointment required (as it is the same prescription remake)
